About
Sumtex is an established Czech textile company with a 180-year history. Its greatest asset is the know-how acquired in weaving, which is backed by the experience, skills, and professionalism of the company’s employees. Sumtex is able to produce overhead fabrics according to very specific requirements. Thanks to the high complexity of the processed material and the machinery flexibility, it responds swiftly and efficiently to the market’s needs. This enables the Sumtex factory to produce a wide range of products from garment fabrics to technical textiles for demanding industries. Sumtex adheres to a philosophy of sustainable approach to industrial production and prides itself on ecological waste management.

In 2017, the fund invested in the purchase of a minority stake in the Branická project. At the end of 2019, the majority owner offered to buy out its full stake.

TRU REALITY
The project of three apartment buildings consists of 22 apartments ranging from one to three-bedroom apartments. All units have been sold.

The project in the centre of Prague combines the reconstruction of 12 apartments and the renovation of 430 sqm of non-residential premises.
